I help organizations navigate the friction between global strategy and local execution. My work focuses on the high-stakes intersection of geopolitics, regulation, and technology—environments where uncertainty is the only constant.

 

With over 10 years in research, growth, product management, and strategic advisory, I have supported leaders in making critical decisions under regulatory, geopolitical, and supply-chain constraints. Having spent almost two decades studying and working across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and Southeast Asia, I bring a "ground-truth" perspective to how industrial policy and geopolitical competition translate into concrete implications for strategy and operations.

 

Bridging analysis and action I enjoy the "messy middle"—roles that require navigating ambiguity rather than avoiding it. I am an operator who moves between high-level written analysis for senior stakeholders and hands-on execution with technical teams.

 

Most recently, I established an independent strategic risk advisory firm focused on cybersecurity, tech policy and supply chain risks. My work explored how geopolitical and technology shifts affect business strategy in Asia and Europe.

• BA in Modern China Studies, The University of Hong Kong
• Languages: English (Native), French (Fluent), Mandarin Chinese (Fluent), Japanese (Proficient) 
• Citizenship: Dual UK-French (EU) national.
